Answers
1. How do I add a favourite?
Adding a favourite is simple, all you have to do is click the icon while browsing a list of tutorials. If it is unclickable this means that you are either not logged in or it means that you own the tutorial.
2. How do I remove a favourite?
To remove a favourite you need to go to Favourites > Edit Favourites. You can do this by first clicking "Favourites" in the User Box and then clicking "Edit Favourites" in the submenu. Once you have done this you will see a list of your favourites and all you have to do is click "Delete" in the row of the favourite you want to remove.
3. What are top favourites?
Top Favourites are basically your favourite favourites, and they are displayed on the home page when you are logged in. To select them you need to go to Favourites > Top Favourites and you check the tutorials you want on the home page and then press the "Submit" button. After doing this your top favourites will appear on the home page.
4. How do I change my name / username / password?
The tools that let you change this information are located in the Profile section which can be accessed from the User Box to the left.
5. I can't Join the newsletter, what shall I do?
Usually the reason that someone can't join the newsletter is because someone else has entered the wrong address into their browser. If you cannot join the newsletter or haven't recieved an email asking to confirm your application, try the following:
1. Check your Junk e-mail.
2. Enter your email address again.
3. If you have a different email address try using that.
If you are still having problems, contact the staff from the contact page and we'll be happy to help.
6. How does the home page work?
The home page is a customizable page giving you the content and information that you require. If you are not logged in then it is just a simple page displaying the latest news and tutorials. When you log in you gain the ability to add and remove modules from the home page therefore only having the stuff you want to see.
7. I've removed a module from the home page and can't get it back, what should I do?
The modules and their settings can be found in the Settings section of the User Controls, to get there just click "Settings" in the User Box
